The position of Reception & Agent Support with Red & Grey Realty will be best suited if you are excited within a task driven environment and can operate within required timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, be available to work Wednesday – Saturday, ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.
Skills and experience:
1. Administration of reservations, bookings, desks, calendar, and office cleanliness/upkeep;
2. Receive and delegate all incoming calls and enquiries with knowledge and confidence;
3. Prior real estate experience/administration will be highly regarded;
4. Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining);
5. Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate;
6. Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing said documents;
7. Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity. Sales and Contract administration, processing tenant applications, diary and email management, marketing and social media management and receipting;
8. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
9. Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle;
10. ABN Required;
11. Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
12. Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
