About the role Your role will include: Providing Level 1/2 IT Service Desk support to staff across Australia Ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner Performing regular system checks Maintaining and updating system documentation as required Ownership of induction process for new starters Deployment of hardware About you To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below: 2-3 years experience in a level 1/2 service desk position Degree in IT or related field Experience with supporting Office 365 and Active Directory Experience with either MS InTune and/or SCCM Experience with supporting Teams Experience in laptop, desktop and printer configuration, deployment and maintenance Understanding of conference room AV Support Understanding of ITIL framework desirable Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail What’s in it for you?
