In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be on providing leadership to the production estimating team and driving estimating accuracy and efficiency. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Facilitating the achievement of the estimating team’s targets and workflowManaging estimating workflow, forecasts and cross-checking output to ensure accurate pricing and improve accuracyContinually focusing on ways to optimise systems and processes to achieve greater efficienciesEnsuring procedures and checklists are established and used for all functions and maintain full compliance with company standardsMaintaining the quality of all estimating work and monitoring margins, including influencing and negotiating to ensure challenges are resolved and extras to schedule are minimisedCoaching and mentoring estimators to identify ways to elevate capability across technical and soft skillsProducing and submitting reports and insights to help inform effective decision makingAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s leading residential builder and be aligned to our core values (Think Bigger, People Matter, Better Together and Be Accountable).
