We have not had a dedicated store manager in the last two years which has impacted the results and leadership for the team and hindered the potential. This store is our largest store and inside the largest shopping center.You will be a team of 2-3 and you'll manage everything from managing the retail store & staff, rosters, sales, product orders, ensuring sales targets are met, operation runs smoothly and company policy being followed.Ideally you like and enjoy creating a living area, and are good at designing appealing visual displays.We are Australia's Leading Outdoor Furniture company and has the largest collection of any other outdoor furniture provider which enables us in meeting customer needs on outdoor living furniture.This is a full time role.
