About the role
Dimboola Nursing Home is located within the picturesque rural town of Dimboola. This bright modern home provides facilities that support residents to maintain their connections within the wider community. The nursing home is well supported by the Horsham campus and the many services that Wimmera Health Care Group offer.
This attractive home has been designed to accommodate 26 residents all on one level to allow for ease of access, ensuring quality and comfortable accommodation and care in a friendly home-like environment

Key Responsibilities
* Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings
* Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic care
* Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents
* Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers
Qualifications and experience
* Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
* Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience or

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Associated Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $54.06 - $55.88 per hour.
