BT Daley Painting is seeking a Qualified Painter to join our team in Alice Springs, NT. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter to contribute to the success of our well-established painting business.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing high-quality painting work on residential, commercial and industrial properties
2. Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping or applying primer as required
3. Mixing and applying paints, stains and other coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
4. Ensuring work is completed to customer specifications and within agreed timelines
5. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
6. Contributing to the ongoing improvement of painting techniques and processes
What we're looking for
1. Qualified painter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good time management and problem-solving skills
5. Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment
6. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the painting industry
