About:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our Asia Pacific region. Headquartered in Bella Vista, this individual will work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager to build awareness of the DU’IT brand in the South East Asia and Australian market.
You will be tasked with executing marketing operations and will enjoy a mix of content creation, project management, influencer engagement, analytical & strategic tasks all of which align with our marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Offline marketing – Plan, manage and implement overall offline marketing campaigns and communications, including events and PR, client communications; and ensure sufficient alignment and consistency with online marketing strategies;
Online presence – Responsible for performance assessment and reporting of digital campaigns including social media, influencer campaigns and web experience optimisation. In this regard, collaborative working with our digital agency is essential to deliver new projects and initiatives;
Lead and manage PR and influencer marketing via direct, relations and agency support. Inclusive of identifying and recruiting key influencers, management of master list, liaising with talent for briefing and ongoing program deliverables, reporting and ongoing metrics
Management of campaign creative and POS asset creation including briefing graphic designers and managing graphic designer work flow;
Overseeing brand, and marketing content with our partners and digital channels
Building strong and collaborative relationships with our partners and agencies to optimise brand exposure and marketing support across websites/apps and all digital/ offline channels;
Manage media agencies to execute our commination plan;
Develop social media strategy and manage social media presence etc;
Manage content creation (Copywriting, editing and proof reading of marketing/sales material);
Brand - Uphold DU’IT's positioning by sticking to brand guidelines through all internal and external communications;
Market and competitor analysis - Ability to identify market trends and construct competitor analysis;
Monthly and quarterly reporting on digital activity and adhoc campaigns;
Manage photography and videography projects;
Event/tradeshow planning and setup including working with vendors;
Admin support as needed for Marketing Team
Requirements:
Relevant Marketing qualification and 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Copywriting or editorial experience in online media and social media is strongly preferred;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills;
Experience in managing budgets and negotiation skills;
Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor, and respond to changes quickly;
Ability to multi-task and work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
Good sense of decorum and brand appropriateness;
Ability to drive the creative thought process between the marketing and sales teams to develop specific campaigns;
Availability to work occasionally on the weekend;
