Cash Flow Management: Focus on collection and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. Develop cash flow projections and manage working capital. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management and the Board of Directors. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and reporting requirements. Financial Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage the external financial audit process, providing necessary documentation and support. Insurances: Oversee all company insurances. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and financial reporting standards. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company's assets. Team Management: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive management to develop and implement long-term financial strategies. Who we are Monarch Mental Health Group (MMHG) is a Psychiatrist-led mental health organisation offering innovative treatment services for Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD and related mental conditions. The in-house Monarch Research Institute is our innovation engine, conducting clinical trials on emerging treatments for the mental health landscape. MMHG's network comprises of 20 clinics conveniently located in NSW, QLD and VIC, both in capital cities and regional areas. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on controlling or accounting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS). Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of Xero is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on professional who is comfortable with change management. Experience in healthcare settings is a plus. Experience with patient management systems is a plus.
