Key Responsibilities: Previous experience in professional services administration, with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and specialised software such as LEAP. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience in wills, estates, and probate, including drafting wills, managing probate applications, and administering estates. Paralegal or Legal Administrative experience. Familiarity with PEXA portals and online court systems. Experience in handling complex legal documents and case management.
