This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who excels at partnering with senior leadership, managing workforce challenges, and driving cultural and organisational change. This role will be instrumental in supporting BituMill's national operations, with monthly interstate travel essential to drive cohesion and success across our teams nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior management to address complex challenges, finding innovative solutions to conflicts and shaping HR strategies that align with our fast-paced, growing business—all while being empathic to diverse processes and cultures.Lead high-impact initiatives that deliver a positive, inclusive workplace, embedding key behaviours and fostering resilience to ensure long-term success in a dynamic environment.Build capability and future-proof the organisation by driving workforce planning, talent strategies, and leadership development programs that upskill employees and support the company's rapid growth.Take charge of multiple, high-priority HR projects, delivering results under pressure while balancing the competing needs of a constantly evolving business landscape.Partner with leaders and external stakeholders to create high-performing, agile teams and foster strong, collaborative relationships that drive the organization forward.Drive transformative change by delivering change management programs that help the business navigate periods of rapid growth and transformation with resilience and adaptability.What We’re Looking For:7-10 years of experience in an HR leadership role, ideally in organisations that have experienced rapid growth and change.A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.Proven experience in designing and delivering People & Engagement strategies that align with business objectives and drive success.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.A passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and growth.Why Bild Group?Challenging and dynamic initiativesJob securityOpportunity to define your role with an opportunity of autonomyWe offer:Employee Award and Recognition ProgramFlexible working arrangementsSocial and welcoming cultureCompetitive remuneration and benefitsReady to take the next step?
