Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, 2600What you’ll be doingOur Data & Integration – Data Analytics team at Atturra are now taking in Expressions of Interest for several Senior Project Managers, specialising in Data / Data Warehouse Project Management, for up-and-coming Federal Government contract projects.The ideal candidates MUST be based in Canberra and will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement at the client site (as needed) and or our Atturra office.Additionally, holding an active Baseline Security Clearance is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.ResponsibilitiesManage small to medium sized projects, assisting the Delivery Manager in ensuring project governance and successful delivery of services.Draft and support client project reporting, and summaries to support project activities such as meetings, workshops and presentations.Schedule and facilitate effective client centric meetings and workshops.Responsible for assisting the Delivery Manager in the setup of new projects and maintenance of project documentation, systems and registers.Administrative activities and onboarding of new project team members.Keep all client project team members up to date with relevant client project information as directed by the Delivery Manager.Understanding, empathy and responding to the sensitivity of client-side requirements.Support the growth and development of client projects.Working ConditionsOn-site / HybridPermanent full-time / ContractWhat will make you successful in this role?Essential QualificationsAustralian Government Baseline Security ClearanceBackground or understanding of data platform / BI or data analytics projectsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Admin or Project Manager roleProject Experience working in a vendor / client environmentKnowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBuilding and maintaining successful relationships at all levels with all stakeholdersThe ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks whilst remaining resilient to changing prioritiesBe self-managed and proactive while building rapport internally and externally with peers and customersSound understanding of MS Office productsFamiliarity with MS Project and SmartsheetWorking rights- You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in AustraliaDesirable QualificationsDevOps/Jira content creation, administration, dashboards and reporting and user managementWhy is this an exciting opportunity?Atturra is one of the fastest growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.This is your chance to make an impact.
