OUR OPPORTUNITY We have a rewarding opportunity for a Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team.

This program has been running for over 30 years with the aim of family violence intervention and as part of Cafs commitment to ending family violence.
The principal objective of the Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner is to provide high-quality, person-centred case management for men undertaking the Men's Behaviour Change Program.
This role works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to provide support to men undertaking our program while ensuring the safety and welfare of their affected family members.
The Men's Behaviour Change Practitioners will work closely with the Men's Behaviour Change Facilitators to support the work with the men; this also includes the co-facilitation of the Men's Behaviour Change groups.

Key skills and attributes: You have a strong desire to deliver good outcomes for families in our communities.You have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in trauma-informed principles and approaches.You have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience working within the Family Violence sector or a relevant field.Your highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity, partnered with excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our stakeholders.Alignment to Cafs values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness & Innovation.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Social Work or related qualification in line with the mandatory qualification requirements for family violence practitioners.
