Our Specsavers Geraldton store is starting early on their search for an experienced Optometrist to allow time for candidate relocation for early 2026. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is looking to relocate to the beautiful WA or take a break from city life! On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with a wide range of age and patient demographics. You will be exposed to a high-level of diabetics and hospital cases - being a go-to person for the Geraldton Hospital. Enjoy access to the local Ophthalmologists as this store has a strong connection to them and the wider community. You will be joining a close-knit team who are dedicated to team development and career progression - so if you've ever thought about store ownership, then this is for you!
About the role:
1. Up to 150K base salary and above-market package depending on experience + monthly performance bonus + CPD/AHPRA and Professional Indemnity Insurance cover!
2. Full-time position in a small close-knit team - build strong and genuine connections with the established patient base to truly make a difference
3. Established patient demographic of children, families and elderly with a high volume of diabetics
4. 2 test room store with 20-minute rolling appointments
