Our work benefits thousands of Victorians, particularly those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable.The RoleThe Administration Officer will provide crucial support to the Child Protection program, handling various tasks including:Assisting with office processes and corporate information systems, such as records management, financial information, fleet management, client payments, and ministerial correspondence.Responding to queries, providing timely advice, and undertaking follow-up actions as required, including redirecting incoming mail and queries.Supporting the presentation of meetings and conferences, including coordinating papers, organizing venues, catering, agendas, taking minutes, and follow-up actions, as well as making travel and accommodation arrangements.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing high-level administrative support to the Child Protection program.Preparing correspondence, managing complaints, and maintaining diaries.Coordinating and managing secretariat and administrative support functions.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your application via the Jobs and Skills Exchange portal.
