About the Role:

We're excited to have a Customer Relations Officer join our team at Brookvale, NSW. This is a full-time permanent position in a modern office environment, working Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience

* Data entry, updating booking calendars, and communication software
">
* Booking customer taxis and vehicle collections
">
* Handling telephone and email enquiries
">
* Other ad-hoc customer-related or administration tasks as required

About You:

The ideal candidate is upbeat, a team player, and looking to work with a supportive and friendly management team. You'll have good administration and computer skills, enjoy working with people, and possess problem-solving and time-management skills.

Whilst working within the automotive industry is not essential, it will be highly regarded. We offer a uniform, technology, and lunch every Wednesday.
