About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer retention and growth by engaging with real estate agents. This role involves high-volume, web-based account management, scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This opportunity is well suited to professionals with a background in property management, sales, business development, leasing, or real estate administration, looking to transition into a client-focused, digital environment. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and leading Zoom meetings with agents. Achieving customer retention and growth targets. Providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues. Staying up to date with company products and services. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in account management or sales. A strong understanding of digital platforms and online marketing. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. A KPI-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets. High adaptability and excellent organisational skills. The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing tasks. Candidates with experience in real estate including property management, sales, business development, leasing (residential or commercial), or sales administration/PA roles is a must.
