making a lasting impact in the region.Position OverviewThe Service Delivery Manager will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients at home and in the community that meets regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.Carbal is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic health professional to champion the development and implementation of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our ageing communities.Collaborating with the General Manager – Clinical Operations and CFO, the Service Delivery Manager will promote operational efficiency and provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape services from the ground up.This position is challenging but rewarding, offering you the chance to lead transformative change in our ageing communities.The position is located in Toowoomba.Main Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, manage and lead aged care funded programs such as Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages under the quality management framework and Aged Care Quality Standards.Recognise the differences in care needs for Indigenous vs non-Indigenous clients and the complexities involved while ensuring the delivery of client-centred services.Oversee the daily operations of service delivery ensuring compliance with the relevant standards and funding guidelines.Lead and mentor a dedicated team of care partners, optimising individual health outcomes of clients and effective management of package budgets.Understand the financial resources required and collaborate with the finance team to ensure sustainability and efficiency of services.Engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including ACAT and RAS to ensure seamless service integration and coordinated care for clients.Requirements:Completed tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in a health-related field.Proven leadership and operational capabilities, preferably within the Aged Care industry.Knowledge of the National Safety and Quality and Aged Care Quality Standards and the aged care funding principles through My Aged Care including but not limited to CHSP, HCP.Commitment to quality improvement and culturally responsive service delivery.Open C class drivers licence, blue card and willingness to undergo a Police Check.APHRA Registration.A demonstrated understanding of the health and social issues found in our Indigenous Communities.Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit sector.What
