About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join the team at Graftons newly renovated Regional Aquatic Centre. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations of the entry, canteen, and merchandise areas, and supporting the Centre's promotional activities. You’ll also assist with first aid, cleaning, and general administration to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
Duties
* Provide accurate information to customers about Centre activities, fees, and events.
* Manage gate entry, bookings, and customer inquiries.
* Perform canteen operations, including food and beverage preparation.
* Support marketing initiatives to optimize facility usage.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
* Strong customer service skills and experience.
* NSW Food Handling Certificate.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain one).
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Flexible and reliable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
