As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of fortnightly payroll within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process pay files and manage pay-related processes, including system changes.
* Address complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Perform fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing.
* Meet daily targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
* Communicate effectively with internal staff, external agency employees, and clients.
* Identify and resolve issues while working independently and as part of a team.

* Proven payroll experience, with Chris21 knowledge highly regarded.
* Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

* Quick learning capability and adaptability to new systems and processes.
