Our client is looking for a Paid Search and Affiliates Manager to steer the wheel of their PPC channel planning, execution and optimisation. With your skills on Google, Bing, Search Ads 360 coupled with your people leadership experience and collaborative nature, you will manage spontaneous tasks and master data challenges whilst ensuring effective prioritization, clear communication and an aligned team.Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of the company's PPC campaigns and channels, review and manage performance accordingly and identify gaps and areas for improvement. Ensure exceptional service delivery standards are met and company objectives are aligned. Build capability across the company's paid search activities and lead the analysis, reporting and administration of paid search campaigns. Provide guidance, instruction and coaching to team members and ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. Google Certifications preferred. 6+ years of demonstrated success in SEM and/or PPC experience. Demonstrated success in enhancing PPC performance via mentoring and coaching and extensive knowledge of SEM trends and the industry landscape. Extensive hands-on experience with key PPC platforms and comprehensive understanding of PPC & SEM strategies and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
