Accurately prepare insurance documentation for customers - you will be taught all you need to know. Maintain and demonstrate an understanding of compliance requirements. Assist in processing or data entry including verification and agent transfer lists. Handle customer enquiries promptly and while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties. Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others. Hours: This is a full-time 6 month fixed term contract working 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri. Hybrid working 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home with flexibility around which days you are in the office.Start Date: As soon as convenient.Skills and Experience:Our client is looking for someone with experience within a customer service or administrative environment, who would enjoy a positive and supportive company culture and is eager to learn. Extremely clear and high level communication skills. Experience working with customers orver the phone and in writing. A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
