About the role
A permanent, full-time role, based in our Stockland Halcyon Head Office, you’ll thrive in this busy and varied role, with ownership for managing and coordinating all community compliance matters across the LLC (Land Lease Community) division:
* Providing administrative/coordination function with a focus on encompassing legislative compliance matters
* Providing support for coordinating staff training, document creation, assistance with policy review
* Support to ensure communities are compliant with State-based Manufactured Homes Legislation, Site Agreements, Masterplan Guidelines, Community Living Guidelines, and other relevant legislative bodies as well as Stockland policies, procedures and processes
* Ensure all Licences and Permits are kept current and well documented, ie: Food Business Licences, Restricted Liquor Permits, food safety supervisor certification
* Support the team in updating and publishing compliance related documentation such as Food Safety Programs, Emergency Management Plans, Evacuation Site Plans, Master Plan Guidelines template, Visitor car parking plans etc.
* Ensuring activities undertaken within the communities follow WHS legislative requirements
* Assist in organising training requirements for Community Teams in relation to compliance-based requirements ie: emergency training exercises, food safety supervisor training
* Maintain comprehensive registers and documentation for compliance purposes
* Assist with the raising of purchase orders and invoice management
* Ad hoc administrative support to the Community Operations team as required
* Assist with management of the Community Operations team’s Inbox daily, distributing/actioning emails received as required.
About you
* A background from within a similar over 50’s community setting, retirement living, or health/community services would be advantageous but open to considering other industries, working in an administrative/coordination function role with a focus on encompassing workplace health and safety matters
* Experience in supporting with coordinating staff training, document creation, assisting with policy reviews and a compliance focus including relevant documentation such as emergency and evacuation plans are up to date, and licences and permits are current
* Ability to be able to interpret legislative documentation such as Acts, Regulations and Contracts would be highly regarded but not essential as would knowledge of the Land Lease Communities industry but again not essential
* Able to multi-task and act efficiently to achieve results
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well organised, effective time management and strong attention to detail
* Proficient across MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) including ability to create and edit detailed plans and documents
