The Role

The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day-to-day supervision of the facilities programs, staff, patrons and plant room operations. In this position you will oversee the facility presentation and ensure there is a high regard for occupational health and safety. Leading by example, you will work with the venue manager to oversee the operational requirements including;
1. Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff
2. Provide a high level of customer service
3. Ensure a safe aquatic environment
4. Risk mitigation and emergency management
Skills & Experience
5. Experience working in a trade or aquatic environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills
7. Flexibility to work across 7 days a week
8. Willing to obtain - Pool Lifeguard Qualification
9. Willing to obtain - First Aid Certificate & CPR
