The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Group Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. Your strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suites, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion will be essential in meeting business requirements while fostering a positive team culture. Primary Accountabilities Organisation, Communication, and Administration: Field inquires and prioritise meeting requests Prepare and deliver briefs on meetings, supporting documents Provide administrative support to the Group CFO Monitor and follow up any outstanding departmental issues Arrange external business appointments, domestic, and international travel Provide general email, filing, task management and calendar management support to the Group CFO HR, Team, and Financial: Reconciliation of expenses Recruitment – supporting processes for interviews, remuneration approvals, onboarding, probation management etc Monitor expenses and ESS/leave for the Group CFO and his direct reports General: Provide insights from reports and meetings. Support cultural initiatives and working groups. Offer ad hoc support to the Group CFO and Finance Division as required. Key Relationships: Internal: CEOs, Executives, Board Directors, Finance leadership, EA/PA groups, IT, facilities, and reception. External: Reinsurers, Auditors, Actuaries and Professional Consultants Qualifications & Experience You are a proactive and accountable professional, skilled at anticipating needs and managing complex situations. Your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, enable you to provide exceptional support to senior executives. Key Competencies and Capabilities: Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting senior executive roles, preferably in financial services. Proactive Support: Take ownership of responsibilities and provide timely updates. Team Contribution: Engage and collaborate effectively with leaders and peers. Resourcefulness: Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands. Detail-Oriented: Maintain high attention to detail and strong communication skills. Organisational Skills : Excel in diary management and use of office tools. Quick Learner: Swiftly master new systems and tools.
