This role will ensure effective change management policies, processes, and practices are being followed by change implementers. This role will be responsible for minimising the likelihood and impact of change incidents affecting Optus Enterprise business operations and support our ISO20000 certification through accurate record keeping and document management. Your day in the life of a Change Analyst at Optus Analyse change management submissions to ensure compliance with the process. Hold regular meetings with support teams to review change records and compliance with Optus and customer standards. Review and report on change service levels and other performance metrics. Govern practices and processes to meet service level targets. Participate in Continual Service Improvement Initiatives. Attend regular Governance forums with vendors and internal stakeholders. Reduce operational costs through the development and automation of operational reporting. Maintain documentation for all contractual requirements and ensure all documentation is stored on the client SharePoint portal. Support the wider Change and Release Management teams as and where required to ensure smooth and seamless application of Change and Release Management processes. Provide effective management of ITIL-based processes to ensure successful delivery of services and initiate solutions to improve quality and productivity. Your skills to pay the bills Australian Citizen and eligibility to hold AGSVA Baseline security clearance At least 2 years’ experience in a Change Enablement role. Ability to change legacy culture and approach to adopt ITIL and agile methodologies. Strong vendor and partner management experience Ability to work autonomously and optimally plan, organise, and prioritise workload. Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
