With over 3700 students across 5 campuses, Caulfield Grammar passionately strives to deliver innovative specialist educational programs enabling quality learning every day, in every experience, for every learner, for life.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our amazing Administration team at our Caulfield Campus.The Office Manager will lead an effective administrative team and provide support and assistance to the teaching staff and whole School community, to enable the school to achieve its Vision and Mission.This will be a fixed-term, full-time long service leave cover commencing in March 2025 until July 2025 and will be working term time only.Key Duties:Process student excursion applications and off-campus trips, maintain online files, create rolls for buses and medical reports.Track and communicate approved incursions and assist with inquiries via email, in person or by telephone.Support teaching staff with excursion and incursion applications.Create Academic Transcripts as requested.Oversee procedures within the reception area on a daily basis and provide guidance for the administrative team.Foster an environment of open communication, problem solving, issue ownership and a strong customer service focus.General administrative support to the Deputy Head of Campus as required.Effective management of the reception team and relevant tasks.Positive and professional interaction with staff and parent bodies.Timely and effective upkeep of files and database to produce required reports and provide information as requested.Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviour.Skills and Experience:Significant administration experience within an educational or professional office environment.Strong customer service focus with sufficient time management, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.The ability to work in a discretionary manner with a confidential lens.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Synergetic (desirable).Employment Working with Children Check.Why Caulfield Grammar SchoolOur culture is defined by the five values: Pursuing Excellence, Inspiring Creativity, Thriving Together, Embracing Diversity, and Living Wholeheartedly.
