To drive the success of these products, we are seeking an energetic, proactive, goal-oriented Product Sales Development Representative. This newly created role is ideal for a resilient, self-starting individual who is personable, proactive, persuasive, and professional. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be a critical member of our team, dedicated to developing new product sales, growing market share and customer satisfaction.Your key responsibilities will be focused on lead generation and prospecting new markets and clients, direct sales, managing inbound product inquiries, and providing insight into further product opportunities.A strong working knowledge of HubSpot and social media campaigns would be a significant advantage.We are looking for a motivated candidate who is passionate about sales, self-motivated, a clear communicator, an all-rounder, and has exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities of the role:Lead Generation and ProspectingPromoting new product offeringsConduct outbound calls and direct marketing campaignsBuilding relationships, understanding and communicating customer needs.Build and manage the sales pipeline, focused on follow up, negotiating and closing sales.Meeting of agreed KPI’sMaximising use of CRM – HubSpot and Social media campaignsReporting and AnalysisConduct market research, analyse trends, identify new products and innovative sales and marketing opportunities.Co-ordinating direct sales and marketing collateralSupporting the Sales & Marketing teamAbout You:Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally 2-5 years.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (desirable).Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).Familiarity or willingness to learn software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, website, and content management systems.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and consult effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Join Furphy Engineering?
