Job Description
1. Create comprehensive annual growth plans for the ANZ region, aligning with our global strategy.
2. Identify new business opportunities within the ANZ region and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
3. Drive revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives for the ANZ region.
4. Establish sales targets for key accounts on an annual basis.
5. Develop and manage the cost-to-serve budget for the ANZ region, specifically for sales support activities.
6. Promote successful new product launches at the key account level (sell-in).
7. Evaluate and advise on sell-in and sell-through performance for key accounts, guiding Key Account Managers where necessary.
8. Contribute to the monthly sales forecast through our S&OP process.
9. Lead Go-to-Market meetings in the region to ensure strategies align with business goals and objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales management.
* Strong knowledge of managing electronics Key Accounts.
* International business experience.
* Proven people management skills.
* Experience driving account management on an enterprise selling model basis.
