As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the business.
This dynamic position involves overseeing all aspect of Revenue including reporting and managing the invoicing team taking ownership of key pricing and costing strategies.
You will also lead process creation and improvement initiatives, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of revenue management, including reporting, accruals, and invoicing.Lead and manage the invoicing team to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the business.Oversee project margin reporting and provide insights to support decision-making.Develop and maintain the company's pricing and costing models to maximize profitability.Review and assess pricing submissions and terms & conditions for all tenders.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.Drive revenue forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.A minimum of 7 years of experience in a broad finance or commercial management role.Proven ability to work across business functions effectively & extract valuable information.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.Solid understanding of legal, commercial, and risk management principles.Why Join Cranecorp?
