They are actively seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to handle one of their largest key healthcare accounts.The Role:Management of a key healthcare clientele nationally across their 8 sites.Develop business relationships at all levels of customer & related stakeholders.Cross-collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational transparency.Continuously review and analyze customer usage to optimize delivery, provide strategic improvement advice, and identify opportunities that enhance customer value.Maintain accurate customer records, including meeting notes, actions, and commitments, to ensure effective data management and reporting.Stay informed on industry & client news and proactively propose strategic improvements to keep offerings ahead of the curve.Requirements:5+ years account management experience within the transport industry.Must have experience handling complex, multi-site clients nationally.Thorough understanding of multi-service transportation processes (operational & commercial).Experience in continuous improvement & innovation initiatives across major accounts.Detail-oriented & a multi-tasker.If you're interested and match the above, please apply below or contact Matthew Neave from Blackbook Executive at .
