At CPP, our Structural Design Engineers play a critical role in HV substation and grid connection engineering, specializing in structural and foundation design.
The CPP Graduate Program provides hands-on experience across engineering, construction, and the renewable energy sector, equipping you with the skills to shape the future of energy infrastructure.
Over two years, you'll work on major HV projects under the mentorship of industry experts, and collaborate with engineers across civil and electrical to integrate structural designs into broader project plans.
With exposure to structural design, construction, and project execution, you'll build a strong technical foundation and develop the expertise to advance your career at CPP.
