They are currently looking to bolster their sales team by recruiting a Project Sales Consultant for the launch of an exciting apartment project. About the role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant in off the plan sales to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell off-the-plan apartments. Your day-to-day activities will include: Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective purchasers Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solution Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a strong relationship with customers Be able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targets Proactively manage/follow up all leads and the be the ambassador for the project brand and company Effectively utilise the CRM to achieve sales results and minimise any cancelation rates Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the sales manager and the internal project team Core skills and experience Extensive experience in off-the-plan sales, particularly within the apartment sector A proven track record of success in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong residential project sales experience in launching projects to market and selling well into the project lifecycle.
