About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a Not-for-Profit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering generalist HR support with a strong focus on performance and change management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support, coaching, and learning opportunities for operational leaders and teamsAssist with the development of strategy documents and negotiating relevant enterprise agreementsCollaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingServe as a point of contact for employees on payroll and benefits inquiriesAssist with payroll audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor lawsAbout YouWe are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, Business, or a related field. Proven human resources experience in a Not-for-Profit environment is beneficial.
