Job Title: Management Consultant
Main Duties:
* Develop and implement solutions to organisational issues, optimising client operations.
* Enhance client objectives, strategies, and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resource allocation.
* Conduct business and organisational assessments with clients, identifying areas for improvement.
* Analyse workflow charts, job descriptions, and documents, recommending methodical revisions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Evaluate operating procedures, advising on standardisation and process improvements.
* Maintain ongoing coordination with clients to develop business relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and identify opportunities for further consulting work.
* Implement management-endorsed recommendations, creating revised instructions and procedure manuals as needed.
* Organise data to inform problem-solving or process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Art with a major in Communications.
* Two years of experience in management roles.
* Prior experience as a manager or in customer service is advantageous.
* Full-time working rights in Australia.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $95,000 plus Superannuation
