About The Role
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:
* Intensive, flexible, and responsive client focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
* Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
* Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
* Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
* Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
* Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
Requirements
* Fluency in English.
* A current full driver’s license and own car.
* Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Experienced in Manual Handling, bowel care, and challenging behaviours and other high-care skills.
* With Complex care experience is preferred.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
