The Training Coordinator is responsible for training administration and coordination, providing compliance support and logistical support to the RTO’s compliance, training and operations teams. This role involves managing inbound communications, coordinating training logistics, compliance administration, organising training resources, and providing non-academic support to students and staff. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the RTO Process and Compliance Manager, in addition to our Trainer & Assessors, ensuring smooth operational flow and excellent service delivery.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating course logistics: booking rooms, guest speakers, organising equipment and resourcesManage incoming calls and respond professionally to course and student queriesManaging student enrolmentsCompliance administration: SMS administration, resulting students, tracking student progressSending weekly emails/correspondence to studentsPrint and organise course resources and materials where requiredArrange timely postage of course materials to training venuesDistribute essential information and communications to studentsMonitor and manage student emails, providing timely responses and solutionsOrganise, sort, and file student assessments upon submission (soft and hard copy)Record accurate minutes during team meetingsProvide general administrative support to the General Manager, Compliance and Process Manager and Trainer and AssessorsGuide and support Administration Trainees as requiredProvide non-academic student support, addressing enquiries and escalating issues appropriatelySupport with various projects within the RTO, including but not limited to the digitisation of assessment toolsEssential SkillsTAE desirable, not essentialProficiency with aXcelerate preferredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with MS Office and comfort using digital collaboration toolsAbility to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
