The Regional HR Partner will directly support approximately 300 colleagues across our Operation & Distribution teams at our Distribution Centres in Limerick, Cork, and Galway in all areas of HR partnering. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience at a generalist/partner level who is looking to build and grow their career in a multinational company. This role will encompass all aspects of HR, working closely with business leaders and colleagues to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals and values.
