experience.3-5 years of demonstrated success in corporate fundraising and partnership acquisition, including partner prospecting/researching, account management, and development ($100k+ in value).Strong understanding of corporate partner relationships, developing a tailored value proposition, negotiation, and relationship management.Significant experience working in the philanthropic, NFP, or similar sector OR corporate experience in sales or business development.Excellent project management experience with the ability to manage multiple and complex activities at any given an ability to work within cancer health guidelines.Previous knowledge or experience of the health sector within Australia.Key Accountabilities1.Strategy and Planning Collaborate with the Head of Philanthropy, Community and Events Manager, and Communications Manager to design and execute a Corporate Partnerships strategy and Operational Plan.Provide strategic insights to shape planning, budgeting, and forward-looking processes as the corporate partnership function develops.Analyse and leverage prospecting tools and the Stellar Partnerships framework to develop a robust pipeline.Assess corporate fundraising outcomes and provide input for refining the strategy and operational plans, as necessary.2.Implementation and Relationship Management Secure, develop, and manage the corporate portfolio to meet annual revenue and other targets.Through research, lead on the development of new partnerships by identifying prospects and tailoring introductions to appeal to their corporate social responsibility goals and business priorities.Assess potential partnerships utilising internal ethical frameworks.Approach a pipeline of potential corporate partners including through existing links to community events, volunteers, board members, and internal employees.In partnership with corporate prospects, develop long-term strategies and stewardship plans to secure multi-year strategic partnerships based on shared value.Provide excellent account management and involve key internal stakeholders, as needed.Set partner-specific goals and activities, which may include cause-related marketing campaigns.Work with the Philanthropy Specialist, Communications, and Community Events team to develop resources, pitch decks, and communications to attract and retain partners.Present to external stakeholders, as required, and represent the Foundation at external meetings, events, and pitches.Attend networking events and activities to generate new leads.Work with corporates to create or grow their Workplace Giving programs.Continuously refine the corporate partnerships strategy to align with the Foundation's growth objectives.3.Administration Capture and maintain high-quality partner information in the CRM database, including prospect research, proposals, reporting, and all interactions with donors and partners.Monitor and report on the progress of activities to the Head of Philanthropy, Chief Executive, and Board, as needed.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, such as researchers, to develop compelling and customised partnership proposals and impactful reports, ensuring that corporate partners feel valued, connected to our mission, and aligned with their Environmental, Social, and Governance priorities.4.Team Participation Collaborate with the volunteering team at Peter Mac to create engaging opportunities for corporate volunteers that promote both individual growth and team-building experiences, as needed.Partner with community events to increase corporate participation in fundraising activities, including securing sponsorships and facilitating corporate fundraising initiatives for the Foundation's events, as required.Assist the Philanthropy and Communications team in organising key donor stewardship events to strengthen relationships with supporters, as required.Work closely with the Trusts and Foundations Manager to identify and apply for corporate-specific grants, as needed.Foster a shared understanding of the corporate partnerships function across all Foundation teams to identify and
