The Role GR Production Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager with capability gained within the operations, maintenance, projects and advisory services across the energy and resources environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the team achieve business objectives through the effective management of all aspects of the HR function, leading activity within Employee Relations / Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & Training along with covering all other HR Generalist requirements.
Key aspects of the role include: (but not limited to) Provide leadership, support and direction to the Human Resources/Recruitment and mobilisation teams located across the country Coaching and mentoring line managers in order to help them take on their leadership responsibilities and develop their capabilities Provide guidance for managers and leadership on performance management, succession planning & recruitment Manage all compliance (regulatory and client) training requirements to ensure accurate, complete and timely onboarding and mobilisation to a variety of sites To be successful in this role you will need the following: University or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Industrial relations or related field or an equivalent level of experience in a similar role Experience within a Oil & Gas resource sector * essential As part of the Senior Leadership Team (reporting to the CEO of GRPS) you would have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with multiple internal & external stakeholders Deep understanding of Industrial relations *essential instruments that drive commercial outcomes whilst ensuring that industrial relations exposure is minimised by complying with all State and Federal legislation Proven track record as an HR Manager/Leader within an operations, maintenance, projects, and advisory services environment Demonstrated experience in negotiating Enterprise Agreements Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level Familiarity with training and competence management including ownership of the training function across the business (trades and Labour and professional staff) Demonstrated experience in recruiting and mobilising workforces across multiple clients, sites and projects What you'll bring to the team: Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage a high workload and multiple priorities Exposure to talent acquisition in an operations, maintenance, projects, and advisory services industry. Ability to manage conflicting priorities with a confidence High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a desire to ensure people data is accurate and maintained in the HRIS Proficient across the Microsoft office suite A great communicator that is mindful of the need for regular communication across the business What's on offer?
