You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own. You'll not only dive deep into data to understand trends but also communicate the "why" behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you'll be able to leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customer to facilitate them reaching their business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Product, and Retail partners and will drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration. The Sales Account Manager's strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.As Account Manager, you will:Become an expert on Amazon solutions, understand our advertisers' needs and consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve greater results on Amazon.Be holistic in your recommendations including Video & Display Ads, Sponsored Ads and Retail insights to demonstrate how they are working together to achieve advertisers' goal on and off Amazon.Leverage your mastery of media and communications to develop winning brand and media strategies for growth.Exhibit deep analytical ability and link local market performance and insights to optimize advertiser performance that fulfills advertiser goals.Monitor performance of DSP & SpAds accounts across verticals and drive one-to-many activities to improve performance.Leverage Amazon's data and your understanding of our advertising customers' business to provide guidance to C-suite marketing leaders via business reviews and frequent in-person client sessions to regularly iterate on and articulate a brand's strategy.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role including but not limited to sales, digital marketing, media agency, etc.Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to revenue growth.Media planning & brand planning capabilities.Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT.Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats, and technologies.Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.Acknowledgement of country:In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
