As a Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific High Scale Regions (HSR), you’ll be at the helm of a multifaceted role combining the responsibilities of a Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development, and Business Operations. This dynamic leadership position demands a strong external persona and a deep customer focus to strategize, execute, and drive growth, expansion, and innovation within the markets across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy commercial strategies, compelling value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.Collaborate with the executive and local teams to align strategic initiatives, commercial goals, prioritize growth areas, and spearhead expansion.Define and evolve the strategic direction for Honeywell’s HSR markets in the Asia Pacific region.Drive excellence in strategic account management and growth, fostering a “One Honeywell” approach.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Drive strategic demand generation initiatives, develop robust ROI models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline growth.Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, pricing, and business development teams to achieve revenue and profit targets.Establish and maintain effective relationships across all lines of business to drive collaboration and influence change.Key Experience & Capabilities:Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.15+ years of experience in a combination of Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, and/or Business Development.Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably as a CCO or equivalent.Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and/or in-house corporate development.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.Strong background in B2B environment, ideally from Engineering, Industrial, Construction, Energy/Sustainability, Automation, Controls and/or the Telecommunications industries.Experience working across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and Malaysia (ideal).Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product introductions.Strategic thinker and hands-on with results-oriented mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
