The Position, but not limited to:
* Preparation of all documentation for settlement
* Develop new and existing client relationships
* Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
* Receipting funds from clients
* Providing quotes to new clients
* Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, and agents involved in the settlement process
The Criteria:
* Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work well within a team environment
