Support the day-to-day operations at a key office/retail/entertainment precinctJoin a dynamic property management teamFremantle, WA | Walyalup | Land of the Whadjuk Noongar PeopleOur Senior Facilities Manager will be a key member of a high-performing and highly respected property management team in Fremantle.
This role will see you accountable for the delivery of efficient, reliable and cost-effective operations and maintenance of the precinct, as well as overseeing capex works projects, fit-outs, upgrades and development.The Opportunity:Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the base-build/public precinct, tenant liaison and contractor management.Maintain the operational management of the precinct.Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teams.Deliver and develop key stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.Management of service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and minor capital.Manage operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.Ensure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant.Maintain and where possible identify and implement measures to improve the precinct's ongoing sustainability performance.About you:Prior Facilities Management experience within a retail/office environment.Experience and working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, including though not limited to fire safety systems, electrical, mechanical services, hydraulic, building management systems and structural.Strong organisational and computer skills with the ability be timely and to prioritise.Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.Strong communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach.The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, including the client, tenants and contractors.So, what's in it for you?Industry-leading paid parental leave offerings.We value flexibility and our people work in ways that meet their work and life commitments and support their wellbeing, development, and performance.Our company is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional and career development.We have a range of networking groups, committees and support programs including BE@CBRE, Women in Property, NextGen, Pacific & State DEI Committees, MamasThrive Program, ParentHub, Femme FM Program, Fee-Earning Women @ CBRE, First Nations Employee Group, Graduate Program, and more!About us:At CBRE, our people enjoy working in a global real estate and property services organisation with tremendous scale.
