My client is a leading national insurance builder who also offer their restoration services when damage hits either a customers home or a commercial building. Looking for an experienced Claims Admin to join their restoration team based out of their state of the art office in the Gold Coast. About the role: Work closely with the restoration technician team to be able to schedule their jobs and review their reports for accuracy. Ensure all documentation is proof read for errors and comprehensive to be able to submit to insurers. Create invoices for completed jobs from the technicians. Provide updates to the client throughout the life of the claim. Manage tasks efficiently to achieve KPIs.
