About the Role
As a Document Controller, you will be part of a team delivering water infrastructure projects throughout SEQ.
You will work with Project Directors, Project Managers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure document management protocols are followed.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Distributing correspondence to Project Directors, Project Managers, and team members
* Ensuring document submissions are compliant with project formats
* Implementing workflows and collating documents in accordance with project requirements
* Recording issues and tracking control documents and drawings
* Maintaining audit records
* Assisting with document control management system development
Skills and Experience
We are looking for individuals with:
* Technical skills: 2+ years experience in a similar role, experience using TeamBinder software, and exposure to controlling project and vendor documents
* Soft skills: high attention to detail, excellent time management, strong verbal and written communication skills
