About the Role We are seeking a Stock & Logistics Coordinator to join our Head Office in West Leederville, Perth.
This role is responsible for managing stock movements, transport coordination, and documentation for domestic & export movements.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth movement of premium seafood products to domestic customers while managing logistics operations, stock control, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic stock movements: Oversee the entire process, from order to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.Invoicing and approvals: Handle Accounts Receivable invoicing and Accounts Payable approvals.Stock control: Assist in managing stock issues and claims while collaborating with internal teams.Data entry: Ensure accurate daily data entry of stock levels.Relationship management: Work closely with Key Account Managers, freight companies, and internal departments.Compliance: Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) guidelines.Export logistics: Assist with import/export logistics when required.About You 3+ years' experience in food services, logistics, or a similar role.Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and negotiation.Experience working with Woolworths (Primary Connect & SPS Commerce), Coles (Manhattan & SPS Commerce), and/or food safety standards (HACCP) is highly desirable.Knowledge or experience in export documentation and freight forwarding will be beneficial for this role.Why Join Us?
