National Sales Manager - Healthcare/Mobility Equipment Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for making a difference in healthcare? An opportunity with a leader in therapeutic seating solutions is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy, lead a dedicated team, and expand our impact across the country as we continue to grow rapidly. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership : Spearhead the national sales strategy by setting clear goals, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with our business's mission. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving results and exceeding targets. Market Expansion & Account Management : Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation centres, working closely with decision-makers to promote our innovative seating solutions. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new partnerships and revenue streams. Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop, implement, and manage a robust sales plan to grow revenue and achieve national sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the customer journey and ensure product success. Customer-Centric Solutions : Understand the unique challenges faced by clients in the healthcare and therapeutic sectors, providing tailored seating solutions to meet their needs and improve patient outcomes. Brand Development & Advocacy : Represent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building brand awareness and strengthening our reputation as a trusted partner in healthcare seating. About You: Proven Sales Leadership : Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in healthcare, Assistive Technology, Mobility Equipment, Medical devices, or similar industries, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets. Relationship-Building Skills : Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals. Strategic Vision & Execution : Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement national sales strategies. Passion for Making a Difference : A customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for improving patient comfort and mobility in healthcare environments. Salary and Benefits: $140K - $180K for a base salary.
