Sci-Fleet Hino has an opportunity for a Service Advisor (Night Shift) at our Coopers Plains Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in developing into a high-quality Service Advisor, or someone who already has experience in a similar role and is looking to develop even further. We are looking for candidates who have the initiative to grow in the role and make it their own.
As our Service Advisor, you will be:
1. Providing excellent guest services and guest experiences
2. Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
4. Assisting customers with bookings, enquiries, and service scheduling over the phone, in person, and via email
5. Processing orders, invoices, and payments
6. Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
7. Arranging loan vehicles for customers
8. Operating specialized automotive dealership management software
