Key responsibilities include: Documenting and auditing financial transactions. Verifying and processing payments and cash disbursements. Handling payroll, tax, and other government contributions. Completing month-end and year-end duties, including reconciliations and GST reimbursements. Managing inventory lists and ensuring financial accuracy. About you: Accounting skills and attention to detail. Experience with MYOB and foreign currency dealings. Strong data entry management and deadline-oriented approach. A welcoming telephone manner and commitment to safety and compliance with quality and environmental standards. Qualifications and experience: MYOB training (5-day course or longer). 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable. A bookkeeping certificate is optional. This is a full-time, 5 day on-site position with flexible hours around school schedules, and parking is available on-site. There is a possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
