Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you'll design and deliver impactful L&D programs and collaborate with leaders to embed learning into everyday work.

What You'll Do Design, deliver and refine impactful Learning & Development programs that build workforce capability, with a focus on leadership and cultureLead projects that drive learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and people strategiesPartner with leaders to analyse training needs and recommend effective L&D solutionsFacilitate engaging and interactive workshops, coaching sessions and leadership development programsEvaluate program effectiveness to continuously improve learning strategiesWork closely with leaders, subject matter experts and external learning providers to deliver high-quality training solutionsManage the LMS to keep accurate and consistent records and learning pathways.What We're Looking For Qualifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and culture programsHands-on L&D experience, applying adult learning principles to drive real impactA dynamic facilitator who uses practical, interactive approaches to engage learners at different levels of the organisationStrong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop targeted learning solutionsA collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levelsExperience in Articulate or similar eLearning content creation platformLMS expertise with experience managing systems (SuccessFactors preferred)Industry experience (preferred) in blue-collar, industrial, or operational environments.Why Tomago Aluminium Tomago Aluminium is a globally competitive manufacturer of primary aluminium products.
